Kamote Balls (Sweet Potato Balls)
Kamote (Sweet potato)
Scallion / Spring Onion
Salt to taste
Chili powder (optional)
Crushed skyflakes / Breadcrumbs
1.) Boil the sweet potato like 15 minutes or until soft.
2.) Prepare the chopped garlic to small pieces as well as the onions, spring onions
3.)Mash the sweet potato, then add the egg, mix it until the texture becomes soft and thick. Then add the knorr chicken then mashed it and mix it again until its flavor will spread.
4.) Add the pepper corns, chopped garlic, onions and spring onions and add salt to season. Mix it well.
5.) Form balls depends on your preferred size.
1.) Batter the egg, then season it with salt and pepper.
2.) Prepare the breadcrumbs.
Prepare the pan, then add oil.
Let's start frying!
Coat the sweet potato balls with breadcrumbs, I used sky flakes in that as we don't have breadcrumbs available then put it in the battered egg before putting it into the pan.
Sprinkle Chili powder if you like it spicy. <3
